Consistent with the Brigham and Women's Hospital Policy on Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards ("BWH Compliance Policy"), the Brigham and Women's Clinical Laboratories ("BWH Labs") are committed to ensuring that their services are provided with the letter and spirit of all applicable laws and regulations.  Pursuant to Section III of the BWH Compliance Policy, the purpose of this Lab Manual is to summarize the policies and procedures associated with the BWH Labs provision of and payment for clinical laboratory services.  Full copies of applicable policies and procedures may be found in the Administrative Policy and Procedure manual.
